The Big Sister Little Sister Program at The Learning Spot Inc. is a mentorship initiative designed to empower young girls through meaningful relationships, guidance, and shared experiences. Our program pairs older girls ("Big Sisters") with younger ones ("Little Sisters") to foster confidence, leadership, and positive social development. Held every second Tuesday of the month, this program creates a safe and nurturing space where girls can connect, learn, and grow together. Activities include character building workshops, arts and crafts, service projects, open discussions, and fun outings, all aimed at building self-esteem, emotional intelligence, and sisterhood. Whether it is through encouragement, role modeling, or just spending quality time together, our Big Sisters help guide Little Sisters toward becoming strong, confident young women. The program also promotes kindness, respect, and lifelong friendships that extend beyond our sessions.
